❀Cooking With Mom: Kem Chuoi {Banana Coconut Pops} watch video online

When my aunts were younger, they use to sell these in the afternoons to make a little bit of extra money. Its a very nostalgic dessert for my mom and aunts, so when she came to visit--she and mom decided to teach my cousin and I how to make these delicious pops. Ingredients {4-6 pops}: 4-6 Banana Apples or 2-3 Bananas 1 coconut or 2 cups of shredded coconut (to your liking) ⅓ cup of raw or roasted peanuts ½ tbsp. tapioca starch or corn starch 1 can of coconut cream (you will need only a third of the can, you can freeze it the rest for later use) Popsicle Sticks Plastic Wrap FOLLOW ME: BLOG: T W I T T E R: V L O G C H A N N E L: G E L A T O B U N N Y: F A C E B O O K: Disclaimer: I was not paid to make this video. Mom simply loves food and she just wants to share them with you.

I love these videos with your mom! I'm Vietnamese as well but I have lost some of my culture. I forgot how to speak the language and I'm more a part of American culture. My mother and her cooking is the only thing that keeps me connected. I hope to cook her dishes for my children one day :)

Coconut MILK and coconut CREAM are way DIFFERENT. If you pick the wrong one, then you are screwed. It is not milk, she used CREAM

I really haven't understood anything about the "aunt" part. LOL we just have aunt and uncle and that's all maybe that's why. Anyway I'm so gonna make this recipe this summer! (Not now, as it's snowing badly right now)
